Description

Gold Anthemion is a classical design in the V & A Museum mug collection.

The work, by Owen Jones, dates from 1856 and is a greek lotus and palmate pattern taken from his work 'The Grammar of Ornament'. This Jones work is held in the V&A's extensive archive of decorative arts and represents one of a collection of mugs.

The Gold Anthemion mug is produced in fine bone china and is dishwasher and microwave safe. Extravagantly gift-boxed!
