We are registered with the Information Commissioner under our full company name of Cooks and Kitchens Kitchenware Ltd. We collect information about you for 3 reasons:

• To process your order
• To allow us to contact you with any order queries

As permitted under Data Protection legislation, we may email you in the future if you place an order, but we will provide you with a very clear 'one-click' option to unsubscribe from any further e-newsletters if you wish.

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (Spam) or to past customers who have unsubscribed from our e-newsletters.

All the personal details that you provide us with are stored on password-protected systems with access limited to authorised individuals.

All payment card information is passed directly to Protx using encrypted technology and Protx has the highest level of certification currently available within the credit card industry. In fact, they are the UK's largest provider of online payment processing.
